About Me

My Journey With God: Ricky, a.k.a. WEB WARRIOR, was a multimedia and computer programming instructor at Informatics International College at Brickroad, Cainta prior to joining the WMC-AP team last February 2006. He assists in developing web sites for WMC-AP and other external web related projects. He is also a youth leader at TFCN (Taytay First Church of the Nazarene) wherein he teaches Bible studies and cell groups inside and outside the church. He is also a part of church worship team, choir, and is lead guitarist of R.O.C.K. (Reaching Out for Christ the King). He loves to spend time at the church and at P.G.I.F. (Praise God It’s Friday) after working here at WMC and during weekends. There, he ministers to young people and teaches others on playing musical instruments. He is also identified as one of the funniest guy in their church but very serious in his relationship with Jesus Christ. His vision is to reach out more young people not only in Taytay but in different places in the Philippines through the talents and gifts God has entrusted him especially in computer and rock music.

Interests: All about God and the Bible, music and musical instruments - can be related to rock and heavy metal music, graphics design and web development (web programming), and Mac computers.

Friends & Family: I'm living with my mom and my sister and I have three nephews. I also consider my church as my second family. Most of my friends are from my church and others are my friends since high school and when I wasn't a Christian yet. Some of my recent friends are those people I met from work.

Work & School: I am working at World Mission Communications Asia-Pacific as full time Graphic Designer and Web Developer. I took Instrumention and Process Control Technology at Meralco Foundation Institute way back year 2000.

My Ministry: When I have accepted Jesus Christ to my life, I've started serving the Lord in music ministry - and that's also how the Lord called me since December 1997. Until now, I'm still serving the Lord as guitarist of Praise and Worship in our church and of R.O.C.K.. I'm also a youth leader and elected president of Sold Out - a Young Adult Fellowship program in our church, and member of church board as steward. I'm also leading cell group and Bible study near our church.

My Dreams: I dream to have my own family - a family who fears the Lord our God. Aside from this, I want to settle abroad with my family. I want to have also my own car, a brand new Ibanez JS1000, a web programming training center and MacBook Pro 17"!
